## Description

The Ministry of Childhood and Adolescence (MINNA) is committed to promoting and protecting the rights of children and adolescents in Paraguay. MINNA offers a wide range of programs and services, including the National Sports Development Program for Children and Adolescents "SEMILLERO," educational initiatives such as Open Schools, and actions to prevent addiction through the #SUMAR program. Additionally, MINNA collaborates with other ministries and organizations to ensure the well-being of children and adolescents, working with the Ministry of Health to combat addiction and supporting the strengthening of local councils for the rights of children and adolescents. Through these efforts, MINNA aims to create safe environments and opportunities for recreational and educational activities to contribute to the holistic development of children and adolescents in Paraguay.
