## Description

Minneapolis Hash House Harriers (MH3) is a Twin Cities social running and walking club founded in 1990, welcoming first-timers and visitors to its weekly trails. Each outing follows a route laid by volunteer hares with chalk, flour, or other markers, leading the pack through a roughly three-to-six-mile adventure and a refreshment stop. Participants regroup afterward for the club’s traditional circle, songs, drinks, and nearby food. Walkers and runners are both welcome, and non-alcoholic options are available.

MH3 meets every Sunday year-round, with start times and locations varying by season and trail. Its sister kennel, Twin Titties Thirstday H3, holds Thursday evening runs of about three to four miles.
