## Description

MINŌ is an intimate omakase restaurant and sake bar in downtown Boca Raton, Florida, with 30 seats: ten at the chef’s counter and twenty in the lounge. Executive Chef Jezhiel Mark “JM” Canlas creates a multi-course omakase menu each evening, guided by the season and the ingredients at their peak. Drawing on his experience as Chef de Cuisine at MILA Omakase in Miami Beach, he brings Japanese technique and a focus on seasonality to a menu that changes nightly.

The counter is open Wednesday through Saturday, offering guests a personal dining experience shaped by the chef and the moment. The lounge is open Tuesday through Saturday for sake, small plates, and conversation, with sake pairings also available. MINŌ welcomes all guests, and no membership is required to dine. Optional memberships offer priority reservations, house account convenience, member events, and a community centered on Japanese craft and culture. Located at 114 NE 2nd Street, MINŌ offers reservations for both regular visits and special evenings.
