## Description

PT Minori is an Indonesian workforce development and placement organization established in 2008. Licensed as a Sending Organization by Indonesia’s Ministry of Manpower and as a P3MI by the ministry responsible for migrant worker protection, it arranges official pathways to employment in Japan through internship programs and Tokuteiginou, or Specified Skilled Worker (SSW), placements. The company says it has sent more than 10,000 people to Japan and currently dispatches over 2,000 annually.

Minori provides Japanese-language education, pre-departure preparation, recruitment and employer matching, and assistance with travel documents, including passports and visas, subject to applicable conditions. Its learning programs use the Minori Edu and JFT-Basic apps, with courses designed to help participants reach Japanese proficiency around N4 level in four to five months. Training facilities include dormitories, classrooms, internet access, meals, and sports and recreation amenities. Minori also offers financial support that allows eligible internship participants to pay education-related costs after arriving in Japan, while applicants cover medical checks when required.
