## Description

Minotaur is a decentralized execution infrastructure for agent-driven finance, designed for traders, developers, and AI agents interacting with decentralized finance (DeFi). It translates a desired outcome into an onchain plan, then finds and executes an optimized route across supported chains, decentralized exchanges, and protocols. Rather than requiring users or agents to construct transaction paths, Minotaur lets them submit signed, app-specific intents and receive a quote with details such as price, slippage, and venue path before signing.

Its distributed Solving Engine connects intent submission, plan generation, independent validation, settlement, and outcome scoring. Miners compete to provide the best solver, while validators re-simulate proposed plans and use quorum approval before execution. The network scores results to select and reward stronger solvers. Minotaur’s live DEX Aggregator supports routing across Uniswap V3 and Aerodrome Slipstream on Base, with other networks described as planned. The ecosystem also includes agent tooling through an MCP server and aims to support additional apps, including dollar-cost averaging, yield optimization, portfolio rebalancing, and liquidity-position management.
