## Description

Min Park Social Work (MPSW) is an Australian social work practice based in Mount Waverley, Victoria, offering therapeutic and social work support to NDIS participants and private clients. Led by Min Park, a qualified social worker and member of the Australian Association of Social Workers, the practice draws on experience in psychotherapy, counselling, children’s therapy, case management, support coordination and community work. Min also brings lived experience as a carer to her work.

MPSW supports people with disabilities, their families and carers to build wellbeing, independence, confidence and resilience. Its approach is person-centred, trauma-informed and holistic, taking account of each person’s strengths, goals, relationships and circumstances. Services are tailored to individual needs and may include counselling, psychosocial recovery coaching, therapeutic skill development, capacity-building support, mentoring, coaching and practical guidance.

The practice aims to help clients develop their abilities and move towards meaningful personal goals in a safe and respectful way. MPSW also emphasises empowerment, community wellbeing, inclusion and continual learning, while recognising the unique journey of each person it supports.
