## Description

Minter Training is a fitness and wellness brand founded around the experience of Ross Minter, a former amateur and professional boxing champion with more than 35 years of sports training and exercise behind him. Through Minter Personal Training, Ross shares the physical and mental fitness principles he has developed to help people improve their well-being. The brand also offers exclusive warm-weather training breaks and wellness retreats, designed to give participants time and space to focus on their health, mindset, motivation, and personal growth.

Its retreats welcome people of all fitness levels and are offered in three training formats. While boxing is not essential, the Train Like a Pro camp can also suit people seeking a boxing or fight camp. Participants can develop fitness, resilience, and stamina, with professional coaching, nutritional guidance, motivational strategies, and opportunities for recovery. The breaks combine structured training, warm-weather settings, facilities, and friendly company, with practical insights intended to carry into everyday life. Minter Training’s aim is to help people return feeling stronger, fitter, and healthier.
