Mirror Mode Organization is a non-profit organization based in Henrico County, serving the Greater Richmond, Virginia areas. Our mission is to bring educational workshops to youth, focusing on building self-esteem and providing prevention awareness. Our workshops provide a safe and open forum for teens to ask the questions they've always wanted to know.

By educating the community, we aim to build a better future for our families and communities. One of our flagship programs is the Mirror Mode Mentoring Program, which empowers girls throughout the school year. The program inspires girls to live out their dreams and become successful with the help of dedicated volunteers.

We also offer the Belle of the Ball workshop, which teaches girls the importance of lady-like behavior and provides classes on etiquette, self-esteem, and diversity. In addition, we conduct prom dress drives where we accept new and gently used prom gowns and provide giveaways for prom day, such as accessories, services for hair styling, mani/pedicures, and even restaurant gift cards. Furthermore, we offer the Blossom workshop, which educates pre-teens on the menstrual cycle and good hygiene, addressing topics that they may feel shy or embarrassed discussing with their parents.
