## Description

Mishkat Association for the Memorization of the Holy Quran in Bisha is a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching and serving the Quran and supporting the community. Quran memorization circles began in Bisha in 1387 AH. The work later came under Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and, in 1413 AH, became a charitable association supervised by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance. It received its license in 1415 AH and adopted the Mishkat identity in 1439 AH.

The association aims to enable Quran learning and teaching through specialized staff, quality programs and an institutional approach. Its educational activities include Quran memorization circles and centers, women’s Quran centers, instruction in reading and writing through the Quran, and programs for recitation and authorization. It also offers training, competitions and community initiatives, and highlights students who complete memorization. Mishkat supports its work through donations, sponsorship opportunities and volunteer participation. Its website provides information about programs, projects, news, events and ways to contact the association.
