## Description

MK Haus Farms is a preservation-breeding operation based in Pontiac, Illinois, focused on protecting purposeful genetics in German Shepherds and livestock. Its programs emphasize sound structure, stable temperament, health, function, and genetic integrity, with breeding decisions intended to preserve each animal’s heritage and usefulness for future generations.

The farm specializes in East German (DDR) German Shepherds, a working lineage valued for physical soundness, confidence, tracking ability, trainability, and loyalty. Its breeding priorities include correct structure, balanced working drive, resilience, and health. Puppies are placed with screened owners and generally receive Limited AKC Registration; exceptions may be considered for proven trainers and responsible preservation breeders, subject to stated requirements.

MK Haus Farms also raises Texas Longhorns selected for horn quality, structural correctness, manageable temperament, and productive performance. Its cattle program gives particular attention to fertility, maternal qualities, calving ability, and longevity. The farm offers animals through its livestock and dog programs, including available puppies and adults, planned breedings, imports, embryos, and Longhorn offerings.
