## Description

MLBC Lakers is a community basketball club based in Lilydale, in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. The club competes in the Kilsyth & Mountain District Basketball Association and focuses on giving children the opportunity to enjoy and develop through basketball. While the Lakers value winning, their priority is creating a welcoming, encouraging environment where every player can take part and feel included.

The club supports players from Miniball for children under seven through to Under 21, helping them build basketball skills and learn teamwork along the way. Its offerings include team registration, training, fixtures and results, information about game venues, and uniforms and equipment. MLBC Lakers also promotes player development and provides ways for community members to contribute as coaches, team managers, game scorers, or volunteers.

Families and supporters can find club policies, injury insurance information, awards and presentations, and details about Kilsyth box seats. With growing participation, MLBC Lakers offers children of different ages a community-based setting to play, improve, and enjoy being part of a team.
