## Description

MLSE Foundation is a brand committed to providing equitable access to sport and opportunity, both on and off the playing field. Since its launch in December 2009, MLSE Foundation has invested over $45 million into Ontario communities. Their vision is to change lives through the spirit and power of sport, while their mission is to improve the lives of youth by building facilities, supporting sustainable programs, and empowering young people through sport and recreation. MLSE Foundation is also dedicated to anti-racism, equity, and inclusion. They recognize the impact of systemic racism and commit to dismantling it by amplifying the lived experiences of Black, Indigenous, and other communities of colour. They aim for meaningful and lasting change and are constantly listening, learning, reflecting, and taking action. With $67 million invested since 2009, MLSE Foundation has reached 70 neighbourhoods in Ontario. They have invested $8.6 million in the last season alone, reaching 35,000 youth. They have also built 60 community spaces, providing more opportunities for young people to engage in sports. MLSE Foundation's roadmap includes acknowledging the land and their history, starting from the establishment of the Leafs Fund for Kids in 1995. They continue to expand their programs, grants, and refurbishment projects to ensure greater access to sports for all.
