## Description

MLSPA, the MLS Players Association, is a democratic organization dedicated to empowering players in Major League Soccer. By establishing a supportive community and unified voice, the union aims to enhance the players' collective strength. MLSPA serves as the exclusive representative for all current players, providing a platform for their needs and concerns. The success of MLSPA lies in the commitment and involvement of the players themselves. The Executive Board, consisting of seven elected members, governs the union and makes important decisions. Additionally, player representatives from each team act as vital liaisons between the players and the organization. With a passionate team of dedicated individuals, MLSPA works tirelessly to advocate for the rights of MLS players. Their mission is centered on democracy, with ultimate control resting in the hands of the players. Through secret ballot voting, they elect player representatives and shape the direction of the association. Stay up-to-date with the latest news and resources from MLSPA, including information on free agents, new board members, and player wellness initiatives. For more information or to get involved, visit MLSPA's website or reach out to them through their contact details provided.
