## Description

MNH is a social good company dedicated to creating joy and happiness in Japanese society through innovative social business models. Established in March 2008, the brand focuses on empowering individuals and communities by connecting people's aspirations, skills, resources, and information. Their mission revolves around creating systems that foster social innovation, enabling a workplace where everyone can experience joy while working.

MNH operates community factories that primarily focus on food production, including their well-known sweets. These factories provide employment opportunities for individuals facing social challenges, such as those looking to reintegrate into society or reclusive individuals. By actively hiring from diverse backgrounds, MNH aims to tackle social issues through business initiatives. With a commitment to collaboration, MNH seeks to integrate its efforts with various organizations and individuals who share the same vision of a happier, more connected Japan. Their overarching slogan, “HAPPY circulates,” reflects their belief in creating a positive cycle of joy and connection within communities.
