## Description

Minnesota ICE Academy is a Minnesota-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on building financial futures through education and youth development. Founded by Chris Torh, the organization aims to make financial literacy resources accessible to young athletes, their families, and the wider community. Its approach recognizes that financial knowledge can help people assess situations, make informed decisions, and support personal and professional growth.

The Academy offers financial literacy courses and resources to help participants understand money management and plan for the future. It also addresses the complexities of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL), providing guidance and community resources for eligible young athletes seeking to navigate this opportunity and strengthen their financial position. Alongside its financial education work, Minnesota ICE Academy runs a developmental basketball program that emphasizes fundamentals before competition. The organization is also working to complete a 3D interactive learning platform and invites supporters to contribute through donations and fundraising initiatives. Its programs are designed to broaden access to practical learning and help individuals and families make more informed financial choices.
