## Description

MNRB Holdings Berhad is a Malaysian investment holding company focused on reinsurance, retakaful and takaful. Its group comprises leading wholesale providers of reinsurance and retakaful, alongside two takaful operators, bringing together complementary businesses in risk protection and financial services. Through Malaysian Re, described as the national reinsurer, the group supports local insurance companies by leading and underwriting their reinsurance needs, helping strengthen their competitiveness and efficiency in an increasingly globalised marketplace. Its takaful business provides financial protection based on Shariah principles and rulings, with comprehensive family and general takaful products. MNRB says it draws on collaboration across its reinsurance, takaful and retakaful operations to improve productivity, share expertise and pursue sustainable growth. The company’s website also provides investor information, including financial performance, annual reports, shareholder resources and share-price details, as well as corporate sustainability updates. Guided by the vision “We Protect Everyone,” MNRB presents itself as a group seeking long-term growth while serving the protection needs of individuals and the insurance sector.
