## Description

Clockwork is a forward-thinking organization dedicated to transforming the workforce landscape, with a particular focus on increasing inclusivity for underrepresented communities. This includes advocating for women, people of color, LGBTQ individuals, and those with disabilities. By promoting the Minnesota Technology Diversity Pledge, Clockwork invites agencies, corporations, small businesses, and software companies to join their mission of fostering a diverse tech ecosystem in the Twin Cities.

The brand seeks to implement comprehensive strategies that prioritize inclusive hiring practices, career development opportunities, and education on unconscious biases. They encourage organizations to not only adopt policies but to engage in meaningful conversations that lead to cultural change. Clockwork champions transparency by urging companies to share their diversity data and make a promise to actively participate in community discussions.

With a commitment to accountability, Clockwork is forging a path toward a workforce that reflects the true diversity of Minnesota, championing the evolution of workplaces into environments that are welcoming, equitable, and supportive for all.
