MOB HOTEL, ARTISANS HOTELIERS is a brand that embodies the principles of social ecology. Inspired by the concept of VEGAN FOOD FOR CARNIVORES, our movement began in 2011 in the vibrant neighborhood of Boerum Hill, NYC. Guided by our vision and the late Alain Senderens, MOB HOTEL was recognized by the Daily News as the best vegan restaurant in New York.

Since then, we have grown alongside our communities of artists, farmers, and optimists, expanding to cities like Saint-Ouen, Paris, Lyon, Washington DC, Los Angeles, and Bordeaux. While rooted in social ecology, we don't conform to predefined models and ideologies. We strive to create an environment that reconciles humanity, its surroundings, and the broader environment, without guilt or judgment.

Our approach is intuitive and practical, focusing on progress rather than perfection. At MOB HOTEL, we prioritize the well-being of our guests. Our pizzas, for example, are crafted with exceptional Italian flour from a small mill in the Pyrenees.

We also cultivate a sense of freedom through our choices and actions, limiting our profitability to invest in impactful social projects such as supporting a fashion school and providing gardens to our neighbors. While some may find certain aspects of MOB HOTEL divisive, our aim is to create a welcoming and homely atmosphere. Instead of TVs, we offer exceptional Wi-Fi with individual access points in each room and an abundance of books to explore in our libraries.

Immersed in nature, our guests can engage with our educational farm in Saint-Ouen, where they can reconnect with the earth and discover the realities of the neighborhoods we inhabit. We are not a hotel chain; each MOB project is a unique venture, carefully crafted to reflect the cultural, sociological, and historical context of its location.
