## Description

MOVI is a Spanish HR-tech platform that connects event organisers and venues with verified workers, freelancers, and service providers. Its community includes more than 500 professionals across different sectors, available for individual roles, full teams, or specific services. MOVI matches each brief with suitable profiles and aims to confirm the team within 48 hours.

The company manages the process from selection through contracting and employment documentation, helping clients coordinate event staffing and other services through one platform. Its offering includes event support and guest assistance, cleaning teams, and workshops and activities such as barista sessions, yoga, writing, floristry, and wine-related experiences.

MOVI also specialises in accessible and inclusive event staffing in Spain. Its personnel receive specific training to support and assist people with disabilities, helping organisers make events more accessible to every attendee. Clients publish their requirements, MOVI selects and verifies suitable professionals, handles the necessary documentation, and prepares the team for service. The platform serves businesses, agencies, venues, institutions, foundations, and large corporations seeking flexible staffing and tailored experiences.
