## Description

QUASAR is a medical dosimetry product line from IBA Dosimetry, serving medical physicists and healthcare teams responsible for quality assurance in radiation therapy. For more than two decades, QUASAR tools have supported calibration, alignment and imaging precision. Now integrated into IBA Dosimetry’s broader radiation therapy quality assurance portfolio, the range includes phantoms and software for MR simulation and MR-guided treatment, image-guided radiotherapy, motion management, intensity-modulated radiation therapy and 3D dosimetry, as well as optical CT scanners. Products help clinics assess machine targeting, image quality, geometric distortion and patient or tumor motion, and validate treatment planning and delivery procedures. Examples include the MRgRT Insight Phantom for testing MR-simulation and MR-linac systems, the MRID³ᴰ phantom for geometric distortion analysis, and motion phantoms for evaluating motion-guided treatment. QUASAR products are used in more than 3,000 treatment centers worldwide. As part of IBA Dosimetry, the brand contributes to quality assurance solutions designed to support accurate treatment and patient safety.
