## Description

Mohawk-Hudson SCCA, also known as MoHud or Region 65, is the Capital District–based regional community of the Sports Car Club of America. Serving upstate New York and neighboring areas, it brings automotive enthusiasts together to take part in motorsports as drivers, entrants, volunteers, and race officials. Its mission is to foster a safe, fun, and exciting experience, with an emphasis on welcoming participation and shared enthusiasm.

MoHud offers several ways to get involved. Members can compete in road racing, Solo autocross, RallyCross, track days, time trials, and Performance Driving Experience events. Solo lets drivers explore a cone-marked course in their own street cars, while track and time-trial programs provide on-course driving at venues including Lime Rock Park, Thompson Speedway, and Palmer Motorsports Park. Road Rally events offer clue-based adventures or timed, speed-and-distance challenges on public roads. The region also promotes Street Survival, helps newcomers learn how to join and participate, and shares event information through its calendar and monthly newsletter, The Knock Off.
