## Description

NOX is a technology venture founded by Molly Cantillon, built around the ambition to make computers do more for people. Cantillon describes software as a source of discovery and a force that can reshape how people understand the world. Her work spans artificial intelligence, privacy, research, and tools that apply computing to unusual or complex problems.

NOX’s projects include Jmail, a reconstruction of an email inbox associated with Jeffrey Epstein’s world, and EpsteinVR, an interactive exploration of his mansion and plane using Gaussian splats. Taxodus examines California’s billionaire exodus, while ShipSense uses synthetic satellite imagery to identify illegal fishing. Other projects include Rotation, which generates Spotify playlists from strangers’ photos; Quotify, a tool for collecting memorable quotes; and CoffeePilot, an in-ear AI interface activated by a head tilt. The portfolio also includes a zero-knowledge research marketplace developed with Dan Boneh and zkPoll, an anonymous polling project built on Ethereum using Semaphore. Through these experiments, NOX explores new ways to use software, AI, and emerging technologies.
