## Description

The Mouse Oral Microbiome Database (MOMD) is a curated online scientific resource supporting mouse-based research in oral microbiology. It brings together bacterial culture data, 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing, and whole-genome sequencing to document mouse oral microbes.
