## Description

Mondragon Team Academy (MTA) is an international community of more than 2,500 team entrepreneurs and leaders working to create social innovation and positive impact around the world. Its network includes more than 19 international Labs, where professionals, entrepreneurs, companies and startups come together to collaborate, develop ideas and address shared challenges.

MTA offers learning programs built around “learning by creating,” designed to help people prepare for present and future challenges. Its entrepreneurship initiatives include programs such as LEINN, TEAMINN and MINN, alongside opportunities to explore changemaking and collaborative innovation. Through its Labs, MTA fosters entrepreneurial communities and supports projects from early ideas through to business realities. The academy also works with companies and organizations on research, innovation and transformation projects, and supports a network of more than 30 startups.

With a purpose centered on a global community of passionate “teampreneurs,” MTA brings together education, entrepreneurship and collaboration to help create locally grounded, positive change with broader impact.
