## Description

**Brand Description: Monster Army**

The Monster Army is an athlete development program under Monster Energy, primarily catering to young talents aged 13-21 in extreme sports including motocross, BMX, mountain biking, skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding, and skiing. Currently, the program is not accepting new applications, but aspiring athletes can register as reserves, which prepares them for future opportunities within the brand.

The Monster Army aims to elevate athletes to professional levels, providing diverse support such as cash awards through the Paid 2 Podium initiative, which rewards performance. Athletes also gain exposure through Monster's extensive social media channels, allowing them to build their personal brands. Furthermore, participants receive guidance from expert team managers, assisting them in honing their skills and potentially joining the pro ranks alongside successful alumni.

Ranked athletes enjoy access to an exclusive store featuring Monster Energy products and official gear, ensuring they are well-equipped for competitions and events. The Monster Army is set to re-open for applications in fall 2025, offering a pathway for young athletes to pursue their dreams.
