Montevideo Comics is an organization dedicated to the development of comics, animation, and related activities. Since 2002, we have been working gradually and consistently to bring these disciplines in line with other artistic expressions in our country, gaining recognition both within and beyond our borders. Our regional and international achievements over the past five years, as well as the release of new national publications during Montevideo Comics, have affirmed our commitment to this path.

As we look towards Montevideo Comics 2023 and beyond, our main goal is to continue elevating the status of comics and animation, showcasing their cultural significance and impact.
