## Description

Moo Market is an experimental onchain marketplace for tokenized equities, built on Robinhood Chain. It describes itself as a “seat exchange,” with a fixed herd of 1,000 memberships called seats. The market launches with HOOD, with tokenized versions of stocks and funds such as TSLA, AAPL, NVDA, SPY, MSTR, GOOGL, and AMZN planned to arrive later.

Each seat is priced and traded in HOOD and includes its own HOOD bag, a persistent identity, and a share of potential proceeds from the protocol’s covered-call activity. The Milkhouse pools HOOD to write covered calls and distributes option premium across the seats each epoch; payouts may vary or be zero. Seats can also be traded in the Barn, where 2.5% of each sale goes to the pot, and are intended to be leasable to operators or agents. Minting requires holding $MOO and providing a HOOD seed for the seat. Moo Market emphasizes that seats are memberships, not equity, and that participation carries risks, including possible loss.
