The Moonshot Fellowship provides individuals with the opportunity to explore and launch new learning environments, such as schools or programs. This three-stage program focuses on leadership development, designing and piloting the learning environment alongside communities, and providing connections to local and national networks. For individuals who have completed the Fellowship, Moonshot also offers the Residency Bridge Year (RBY) and School Launcher Residency Programs.

These programs provide further leadership development for those ready to lead and launch new schools.
