## Description

More About the Journey is a support provider helping participants navigate the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Its team of dedicated Support Coordinators works with people on their individual journeys through the scheme, with services available Australia-wide. The organisation offers Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching and assistance with access applications. Its services are intended to help participants engage with the NDIS and move forward with support suited to their needs.

The brand’s philosophy centres on enjoying the present, recognising personal progress and appreciating what can be controlled and valued now, rather than focusing only on the next goal. More About the Journey describes its role as accompanying people along the way, with an emphasis on the learning and experiences gained throughout a journey.

People can contact the team by phone or email to make an enquiry. The organisation is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and also provides contact through LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
