Morphogenesis Inc. With a focus on improving the lives of patients, we develop novel personalized cancer vaccines and tumor microenvironment modulators. Our Phase 2/3 clinical-stage technologies target two major obstacles that limit the effectiveness of immunotherapies.

The first obstacle we address is primary or innate resistance, which relates to insufficient tumor immunogenicity. Our IFx technology activates the immune system to target and attack tumor cells by making them resemble bacteria. This approach generates a potent systemic response against all neoantigens in a patient's tumor.

The second obstacle is secondary or acquired resistance, caused by factors in the tumor microenvironment. We target myeloid derived suppressor cells (MDSCs), 80% of which are found in the tumor microenvironment and can suppress the immune system's attack on the tumor. Leveraging novel antibody drug conjugates (ADCs), our tumor microenvironment modulators aim to overcome this resistance.

Our innovative pipeline focuses on targeting a range of cancers with significant unmet need, including Merkel Cell Carcinoma, B-Cell Malignancies, Myelodysplasia, and Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Morphogenesis Inc
