## Description

Mother Ascending is a birth preparation and women’s wellness practice led by Kellie, serving families in and around Portland, Oregon. Grounded in Kellie’s personal birth experiences and training as a doula, the practice supports parents as they prepare to welcome a child with confidence, calm, and intention.

Its core offering is HypnoBirthing®, a childbirth preparation approach that uses tools intended to help release fear and encourage a more positive, centered birth experience. Classes invite couples to reflect on their readiness for parenthood and build skills for the big day. Mother Ascending also offers information sessions for those curious about the program.

Beyond birth preparation, the practice provides intuitive sessions tailored to participants’ energy and needs, with an emphasis on empowerment and inspiration. Its monthly Women’s Circle brings people together for intuitive development, energy healing, and community building, with each gathering guided by the group. Through these services and events, Mother Ascending creates opportunities for reflection, connection, and support during major life transitions.
