## Description

Mothers of Animals is a compassionate animal welfare organization based in Chennai, dedicated to protecting and nurturing vulnerable pets. Founded in November 2013 by V.E. Shiva, the organization began its mission after rescuing two struggling puppies, highlighting the need for dedicated care for animals. Mothers of Animals provides a wide array of services, including rescue, re-homing, food provisions, and medical treatment for abandoned or injured animals. Their initiative also includes the distribution of free food, water bowls, and reflective collars for strays, enhancing community engagement in pet care.

The organization aims to promote responsible pet ownership and reduce the number of lost animals through active community outreach and education. With a vision grounded in empathy, Mothers of Animals strives to deliver the best care to dogs and cats, ensuring their right to life, liberty, and happiness. For those looking to support their mission, donation options are available, reinforcing the community's role in safeguarding animal welfare.
