## Description

Motily is a men’s fertility and sperm health brand built around a simple idea: small, consistent lifestyle changes can support sperm health over the 74-day cycle in which new sperm develop. Its iPhone app is designed for men aged 18 and over who are trying to conceive, planning ahead, or looking to act on semen analysis results. A two-minute daily check-in tracks eight research-linked habits, including sleep, alcohol use and laptop use. Users receive daily and longer-term scores, streaks, evidence-weighted next steps, and short educational activities. Apple Health can prefill sleep and workout information, while partners can follow progress through a page without installing the app.

Motily also builds sperm testing into its 74-day journey. Users can log results, compare them with WHO reference limits, and receive a prompt to retest from day 74. The brand reviews at-home and laboratory sperm tests and provides information about testing options, science and fertility habits.
