## Description

The North Carolina Motorsports Association (NCMA) is a nonprofit trade organization dedicated to promoting, protecting, and growing the motorsports industry across North Carolina. It represents a diverse network of race teams, tracks, manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, professional firms, and related businesses. As a unified industry voice, NCMA advocates on legislative and regulatory issues affecting motorsports businesses and supports collaboration, professional development, and workforce growth.

The association connects members through educational seminars, industry programs, networking opportunities, and events, including the Motorsports Industry Awards, Annual Member Luncheon, NCMA Golf Classic, and High Performance Expo. The expo brings together manufacturers, race teams, builders, retailers, and innovators in the high-performance and automotive aftermarket sectors.

Through its charitable arm, the North Carolina Motorsports Foundation, NCMA also supports students preparing for motorsports careers. The Foundation provides scholarships and advances education and workforce development, with funding supported in part by donations, fundraising, and motorsports specialty license plates. Together, NCMA and its Foundation work to strengthen the state’s motorsports ecosystem and its future workforce.
