## Description

Alite Edvantage operates the Mountain Creek Aquatic Complex at Mountain Creek State High School on the Sunshine Coast. Open year-round, the facility offers swimming, fitness and aquatic education programs for a wide range of ages and abilities. Its swim school welcomes learners from three months old, with experienced, Austswim-qualified teachers providing lessons focused on water safety, confidence and swimming fundamentals. Holiday intensive sessions are also available.

For developing and competitive swimmers, Alite Edvantage runs structured squad programs tailored to pool swimming, triathlon and surf sports. Adult fitness sessions build aerobic capacity and swimming strength, while low-impact aqua aerobics uses water resistance to support cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility and coordination. The complex also offers public lap swimming and an aquatic education program for local schools, and is home to Mountain Creek Mooloolaba (Makos) Swim Club and host to Buderim Waterpolo Club.

Facilities include heated indoor and outdoor pools, a 10-lane, 25-metre lap pool and a shallow paddling pool.
