## Description

**Move For Minds** is a dynamic initiative led by Maria Shriver and the Women’s Alzheimer’s Movement, aimed at enhancing cognitive health awareness and promoting physical activity across the U.S. This annual series of events, held in conjunction with Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month, seeks to inspire individuals to prioritize their brain health through engaging activities and educational resources.

Participants can join events at locations like Equinox Sports Club or create their own community fundraising activities, such as walks, yoga classes, or dinner parties focused on brain-healthy practices. Funds raised through these events directly support vital research aimed at understanding and combating Alzheimer’s disease, particularly in women who are at a higher risk.

The initiative encourages people to get informed, inspired, and active, offering tools for a healthier lifestyle and resources for caregiving. By promoting awareness and funding research, Move For Minds strives to pave the way for breakthroughs in Alzheimer's prevention and treatment. Join the movement and contribute to a future free of Alzheimer’s.
