MovieMask is a brand that was founded in 2016 by two Norwegian students, Eirik Wahlstrøm and Harald Manheim. Inspired by their experience watching a movie in a theater in San Francisco, they recognized the power of the cinematic experience compared to watching movies on smartphones. They realized that while smartphones offered portability, the immersive experience had been lost.

To bring back the magic of the cinema, they worked tirelessly to create numerous prototypes and collaborated with leading opticians to develop a unique lens technology. After months of testing and refining, they launched their first product, the MovieMask, through a successful crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter and Indiegogo. Today, MovieMask has provided over 10,000 movie enthusiasts in more than 80 countries with a cinematic experience on the go.

In 2021, MovieMask expanded its focus to the drone sector and introduced the MagiMask. This cutting-edge FPV headset offers an immersive and high-resolution experience for drone enthusiasts. With its sleek design and added features, such as a hole for the mobile camera, the MagiMask ensures a top-quality immersive experience while flying your drone.
