## Description

Moving Fitness e Benessere Club, operated by SSD Moving Club, is a wellness and fitness centre in Crema, Italy, serving the community since 2001. Its approach combines physical activity, mental wellbeing and supportive relationships, with personalised programmes designed around each person’s goals, needs and stage of life. Members can take part in martial arts, including karate for adults and children and judo, as well as strength training in the weights room, group fitness classes and sessions with a personal trainer. Pilates is offered through individual lessons and small groups, with Reformer and Springboard equipment, alongside postural services. The Junior Club provides activities for children, including acrogym, martial arts, tennis, swimming and aquatic familiarisation. During the summer, the club’s pool offers activities such as water aerobics and children’s swimming, as well as relaxation access with sun loungers and umbrellas and space bookings for special events. Moving Club also offers workshops and instructor training in Pilates. A free consultation helps clients identify a suitable, tailored path to wellbeing.
