Our instructor, Mckenzie, provides insightful visuals and personalized evaluations to ensure proper body positioning for a challenging and strength-building workout.

We work with clients of all fitness levels, abilities, shapes, sizes, and flexibility. Many of our clients have injuries or restrictions that make exercise difficult, but they all share the determination to improve their quality of life.
