# Movvy - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `movvy.ca` ## Description Movvy is an Alberta-wide moving marketplace and app that connects customers with vetted, background-checked moving crews. Based in Calgary, the company serves Calgary, Edmonton, and Red Deer, with additional Alberta markets planned. Customers can book a move in under a minute by entering their pickup and drop-off locations and preferred date, without lengthy quote forms or follow-up calls. Movvy offers transparent hourly pricing, with a live estimate before customers confirm and billing based on the time a crew spends on site, plus travel, materials, and GST. Its app brings booking, payment, in-app chat and calls, receipts, and live GPS tracking together, so customers can follow their move from pickup to drop-off. Assigned crews are insured and uniformed, and customers can view crew details, ratings, and arrival windows. Movvy states that bookings include $2 million in damage coverage. The platform also welcomes solo movers, small crews, and moving companies, offering job opportunities, no setup or lead fees, and weekly direct-deposit payouts. Movvy is available on iOS and Android. ## Industries - 📊 Business and Consumer Services - 📊 Relocation and Household Moving _(under Business and Consumer Services)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG, SVG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idyBOzpfj9/w/820/h/820/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792773424667) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Salem | #0fa353 | accent | | Cod Gray | #0a0a0a | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - Inter — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
