## Description

MOYO Institute, Inc. is a community-focused organization dedicated to inspired, conscious living through heart-centered education and wellness initiatives. Its mission is to foster inner peace, happiness, health and wellbeing, creativity, connection, and a sense of oneness. Based in Oakland, California, MOYO develops projects and learning experiences that support individuals and communities, with particular attention to African American women navigating cancer and their families.

A central initiative, Love Letters to Our Bodies, offers free workshops that create supportive spaces for women affected by cancer to connect and explore practices for coping, easing anxiety, and supporting wellbeing. The organization also produces the Love Letters to Our Bodies podcast, featuring conversations about health, healing, and happiness, and shares educational articles through its blog. Other offerings and initiatives listed include community meditation, wellness events and summits, Reiki self-care, and a Day of Renewal.
