MPHPL, the Mishawaka-Penn-Harris Public Library, is an inspiring and empowering brand that serves the community by connecting patrons to literature, information, ideas, and new experiences for lifelong enrichment. As part of the Indiana Library Passport Program, MPHPL offers access to a free, mobile-friendly literacy program called the Indiana Library Passport (ILP). This program allows library visitors to participate in prize drawings by using the program's geo-location check-in service.

Sponsored by the Indiana State Library and powered by Bandwango, a renowned technology company in the travel industry, ILP encourages people to explore Indiana libraries and learn about their historical significance. Since the program's relaunch in May 2023, it has expanded to include more than 400 library locations across the state. Participants have the opportunity to win exciting prize packages, including tickets to historical tours, museums, and theaters, as well as architecture books and gift cards.
