Guided by compassion and a commitment to equity, it works to improve access to healthcare, food, financial assistance, and other essential support. Its flagship project, Mukhtaran Rafiq Welfare Hospital, provides free healthcare for people eligible for zakat, with services including dialysis, surgery, diagnostic laboratory testing, radiology, and specialist care in fields such as cardiology, urology, orthopaedics, dermatology, dentistry, neurology, and obstetrics and gynaecology. The foundation also offers free outpatient consultations, medical camps, and laboratory and imaging services. Beyond healthcare, MRF provides daily free meals, monthly grocery support, and monthly financial assistance. Its programs also include flood relief and support for dialysis patients.
