Meghalaya State Rural Livelihoods Society (MSRLS) is a state society formed by the Government of Meghalaya as the Nodal Agency for implementing the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) in the state. Registered under the Meghalaya Society Registration Act XII of 1983, MSRLS aims to establish a dedicated and sensitive support structure from the state to the sub-district level.
