# Conservation Elders - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `mtconservationelders.org` ## Description Montana Conservation Elders (MCE) is an independent nonprofit organization of Montana citizens with longstanding experience in nature conservation. Its members work to protect the state’s wilderness, public lands and waters, clean rivers, wildlife, and other natural resources for future generations. Drawing on Montana’s conservation history and their own experience, they share the stories and lessons of past conservation efforts to encourage continued public stewardship and activism. A central focus is conservation education for youth and teens.
