## Description

Muhoroni People’s Foundation is a registered charity in England and Wales that works in partnership with the local community of Muhoroni, Western Kenya. Its volunteer-led mission is to improve health and education and help alleviate poverty, supporting people facing hardship when a shock or crisis pushes them below the poverty line. The foundation focuses its efforts on practical community needs and aims to bring hope for a better future. Its website shares case studies that illustrate this work, including support connected with an ambulance, the Mukwana family and triplets born in 2019, and Phoebe, born in January 2020. Visitors can learn about the organisation, meet its team, explore its projects and case studies, and find out how to get involved or provide support. The foundation also offers a shop and information on how to find it. Donations and community participation help advance its stated goals in Muhoroni. The organisation can be contacted by email and followed on Instagram as @asante_kenya.
