Muncie ARF, based in Muncie, Indiana, is a dedicated animal rescue organization with a mission to provide shelter, medical care, and love to abused, abandoned, neglected, and unwanted animals. Their ultimate goal is to find permanent and loving homes for these animals. In their pursuit of creating a no-kill community, both animals and humans benefit from their efforts. Founded in 1998 by animal advocate Mrs. Terri Panszi, Muncie ARF has grown significantly over the years.

Starting with a small building that housed approximately 20-30 animals, they have now expanded to their current location at 1209 W. Riggin Road. Muncie ARF's campus consists of various facilities, including the Catty Shack, which provides spacious rooms for up to 50 cats, Ollie's Bed & Biscuit, a sanctuary for dogs with behavioral or medical issues, and the Jeff's House Adoption Center, where adoptable dogs await their forever homes.

The organization also offers resources such as the Bark Park, a one-acre fenced park where dogs and their owners can play off-leash, and the ARF Paw Clinic, which provides veterinary services to animals in need. Muncie ARF strives to support low-income pet owners by assisting them with Spay-Neuter Services of Indiana, Inc (SNSI) vouchers through their low-cost Spay-Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP). Muncie ARF relies on the generosity of supporters and donors to maintain their operations.

They accept both supplies and monetary donations in their Administration building and provide opportunities for individuals to volunteer and contribute to the welfare of animals in their community.
