MusicNSW is a not-for-profit organization and the state music body in NSW, funded by Create NSW. Our mission is to empower and connect artists and industry in order to create a sustainable and thriving music culture for all. We offer a range of programs and services to support musicians and industry professionals. One of our flagship programs is Sound Advice, which provides professional and skills development opportunities for musicians. We also have a dedicated Regional team and Touring Network that helps artists connect with audiences across the state. Additionally, our First Nations Music Development program aims to support and showcase the talent of Indigenous artists. At MusicNSW, we believe that music has the power to tell stories, enrich lives, and bring communities together. We are committed to enabling musicians to share their stories with the world and to creating a diverse and inclusive music community in NSW. Through trusted advice, networking events, and industry consultations, we connect musicians and industry professionals, fostering collaboration and growth. We acknowledge and pay respect to the Gadigal people, the traditional custodians of the land on which we work. As a member of the Australian Music Industry Network (AMIN), we collaborate with other music bodies nationwide to represent and promote the contemporary music industry in Australia.
