Brand music_store_professional is a collaboration between DV247 and Music Store professional, with a history spanning over 20 years. Initially, the two companies worked together through purchasing deals and industry events, building a friendly relationship. In 2013, when DV247 faced financial troubles due to the global financial crisis, Music Store general manager Michael Sauer stepped in to help prevent the company from going under. Michael traveled to Romford and acquired a significant stake in DV247, making it the main focus in the U.K. He consolidated their stock in a single location and decided to retain the main shop in Romford, the education services, and the online shop. Unfortunately, the smaller satellite shops had to be closed due to bad experiences with chains in Germany, which collapsed due to the popularity of online shops. Now, as music_store_professional, the brand offers a wide range of products including guitars, basses, drums, keys, strings, PA systems, pro audio equipment, software, DJ and lighting equipment, winds, kids' instruments, sheet music, and accessories.
