## Description

Mission Viejo Girls Softball is a youth league in Southern California that welcomes girls ages 4 to 14 into a positive, supportive community. It helps players learn softball, build confidence, develop skills on and off the field, and enjoy teamwork and lasting friendships. Programs serve both newcomers and athletes seeking more competitive play.

Fall Recreation is a developmental season with weekly practices and Sunday games, offering players of all experience levels an opportunity to learn and prepare for spring. Spring Recreation is the league’s marquee season, with weekday practices and games scheduled on weekdays and weekends to strengthen fundamentals through regular competition. Fall and Spring Select provides a more intensive pathway, with additional practices and higher-level play for committed athletes. Summer All-Stars brings top performers together for focused practices and multiple tournaments.

The league also shares rules, equipment and field information, forms, and team resources for families and coaches. Players and supporters can find official MVGS spirit wear, follow league updates, and access the GameChanger app.
